Role: Hybrid - 1 possibly 2 days on onsite. Must reside within a one and a half hour of Center city Phila.

NOTE: EPIC experience and Active PMP certification a must

Hospital client experience highly preferred.

Job Description: Senior Project Manager

• Creates, coordinates, and manages advanced level projects, including organization-wide system implementations or upgrades.

• Exhibits advanced proficiency in Client’s project management methodology, tools and practices.

• Manages 8 to 15 project team members.

• Takes on leadership opportunities within the PMO.

• Acts as a mentor to new PM’s and/or PM I’s or II’s.

• Is a champion for Client’s PMO project management methodology.

• Will be a senior contributor but with a greater degree complexity.

• Project Manager may be involved in some leadership activities.

• Manages large projects of moderate to high complexity which may include the creation, coordination and management of a project plan for major complex system installation or modification.

Must have skills:

• Eight (8)years of experience as a project manager in IT project management with increasing responsibilities.

• Demonstrates proficiency in creating detailed documentation for complex projects.

• Communicates effectively, both oral and written communications, with project staff, sponsor(s), and stakeholders.

• Demonstrates effective consensus-building skills.

• Demonstrates ability to manage advanced level projects.

• Demonstrates ability to coach other team members.

• Demonstrates ability to present project status or PMO specific initiatives to IS and/or hospital leadership.

• Demonstrates ability to be a trusted business partner to project sponsors and stakeholders.
