(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Hospital/Clinic - Practice Manager - Medical Office Manager Vienna VA (10 miles NW of Arlington)

We are looking for an organized and dedicated Office manager to join our team full time in Vienna VA. Ideally the incoming Office Manager has experience in medical office management preferably in Cosmetic Surgery, is an excellent team player who enjoys working with a well-respected team, who can lead our office to ensure we provide our patients with the highest level of care. Primary goal with this position is to bring growth to the practice through excellent internal and external marketing, with SEO, social media, networking and patient outreach programs. Must be comfortable managing office staffing, assisting the office to ensure a smooth workday, and working with financials|accounts and payments.

Duties:
Office management and assistance
HR- staffing, onboarding, hiring and firing of staff
Account reconciliations
Patient calls, OR scheduling, and answering questions
Understanding of office and front desk and back desk collections
Assist with growth of practice through internal and external marketing
SEO, social media, and networking for the practice

Requirements:
10+ year of Medical Office management experience (Cosmetic Surgery practice experience preferred)
Knowledge of SEO, social media, and marketing

Schedule:
Full time (Mon-Friday)
Salary :
$90k-$125k (Depending on experience) plus bonus compensation
