The Barback supports the bartending team by ensuring all bars are fully stocked, clean, and prepared for service in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment. This role requires strong communication skills, physical stamina, and a guest-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Restock bars with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and supplies.
Assist bartenders during service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas and storage rooms.
Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous hospitality or bar experience preferred but not required.
