We’re looking for a Bookkeeper & Data Entry Representative to handle accounting tasks and maintain accurate data records. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and highly proficient in Google Sheets and Excel. Integrity and trustworthiness with client financial data are essential.
Perform bookkeeping and accounting entries with high accuracy.
Manage and update Google Sheets and Excel reports.
Conduct data entry and validation to ensure consistency across systems.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Trustworthy and discreet with client financial information.
