We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused **Wireless Technician** to join our team in **Inland Empire, CA** . In this role, you will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication systems across the Southern California region. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cell site buildouts, antenna system integration, and troubleshooting RF and backhaul issues. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our wireless infrastructure.

**The Role**
+ Install, maintain, and upgrade wireless network equipment, including antennas, radios, coax, fiber, and supporting hardware
+ Conduct tower climbing and work at heights to install or service cell site components
+ Perform site surveys, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of wireless systems
+ Terminate and test fiber and coaxial cables
+ Interpret RF diagrams, site drawings, and construction documents
+ Ensure compliance with safety procedures, industry standards, and local regulations
+ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for each project or service call
+ Operate company-provided tools, vehicles, and equipment responsibly
+ Collaborate with field supervisors, project managers, and other crew members to meet project deadlines
Requirements
+ 1-3+ years of experience in wireless construction or telecommunications fieldwork (tower work, DAS, small cells, LTE/5G installs, etc.)
+ Understanding of RF principles, microwave systems, and IP networking basics is preferred
+ Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and RF schematics
+ Proficient with basic hand tools, power tools, and test equipment (PIM/Sweep testing, fiber testers, etc.)
+ OSHA 10/30, RF Awareness, and Climbing Certification strongly preferred (or willing to obtain upon hire)
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
+ Experience working with major carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Dish, etc.) a plus
+ Familiarity with Ericsson, Nokia, or Samsung equipment a plus
+ Experience with C-RAN, small cell deployments, or fiber backhaul preferred
+ Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving
+ Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
