About the Role:

As a Server at The Hangar, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. You'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch service with a genuine smile and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
• Take accurate and efficient food and beverage orders.
• Recommend menu items, including food and beverage pairings, to enhance the guest experience.
• Expedite orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting up tables and restocking supplies.
• Comply with all restaurant policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
