Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Contact prospects to understand their insurance needs and present suitable life insurance options.
• Education & Guidance: Explain complex insurance concepts clearly and provide personalized recommendations.
• Quote Preparation: Prepare and present insurance quotes, highlighting coverage, terms, and conditions.
• Expand Client Base: Actively grow your customer base and meet or exceed sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent Communication: Ability to engage clients clearly and professionally, building lasting relationships.
• Persuasive & Negotiation Skills: Capable of guiding clients to make informed decisions.
• Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals independently.
• Insurance Knowledge: Basic familiarity with life insurance products preferred; training provided.
• Simplified Explanations: Ability to make complex concepts easy to understand.
