Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Dialysis (CWR)
Location: Neptune, NJ
Employment Type: Contract (40 hrs/week)
Schedule: 4×10 hr shifts (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM)
Compensation: Travel Pay – $2,636 weekly
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Outpatient Dialysis RN to provide high-quality hemodialysis care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, dialysis treatment oversight, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams. Ideal candidates have strong hemodialysis experience, familiarity with dialysis equipment (Fresenius preferred), and the ability to safely manage multiple patients.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and support physicians with dialysis-related care.
Develop, implement, and document evidence-based nursing interventions.
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to create individualized care plans.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and administer hemodialysis treatments.
Manage patients through all phases of treatment while ensuring safety and protocol compliance.
Complete detailed and timely documentation including care plans, monthly notes, foot checks, and medication reviews.
Provide patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards.
Manage a 3-patient put-on/take-off workflow and a 9-patient team assignment with two PCTs.
Support daily clinic operations and additional duties as needed.
Minimum 1 year outpatient hemodialysis experience .
Minimum 1 year ICH dialysis experience .
Familiarity with Fresenius T-Machines and portable RO systems (preferred, not required).
Strong dialysis documentation skills.
BLS (AHA) certification.
Active New Jersey RN license or multistate compact license.
ASN required.
2+ years outpatient hemodialysis experience.
Chronic hemodialysis and telemetry experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple patients efficiently.
BSN preferred.
