Summary

This position provides essential administrative and operational support to the firm’s early talent initiatives. This role helps ensure a seamless experience for candidates, schools, and internal stakeholders by coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting events and communication efforts. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and excited to help build strong talent pipelines.

Requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

·1–2 years of administrative, HR, coordination, or professional services experience (internships included).

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or CRM systems is a plus.

· Hybrid out of our Atlantic Station office (2-3x/wk)
