Compensation Range: $32.00/hr – $34.00/hr W2

Job Description:
Manage and coordinate multiple POS (Point of Sale) workstreams within a fast-paced retail environment, supporting rollout efforts from lab and pilot stores to full-scale deployment across multiple brands. This role will involve troubleshooting, testing, and working closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage workstreams related to POS application rollout, including mobile, wireless, and self-checkout systems.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues in lab settings and pilot stores to determine next steps.
• Use ServiceNow and JIRA for task tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
• Conduct smoke testing and exploratory testing (higher-level, beyond standard QA).
• Support new POS system rollout — currently in pilot at 2 Food Lion stores — with plans to expand to 5 brands.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align on deployment strategy and priorities.
• Operate independently, driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 3–5 years of POS experience (restaurant, retail, grocery, gas, etc.).
• POS application experience within mobile, wireless, and/or self-checkout.
• Knowledge of scripting.
• Experience using JIRA or similar tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Client POS product experience (POS 1.0 or Emerald 1.0).
• Large-scale retail or multi-brand POS deployment background.
