Smart Work Schedule: Four, 10 hour Days…Then 3 Days Off to spend with family.

Essential Duties to include:

• Operate machines safely, efficiently, and reliably, according to operating guidelines and necessary mechanical adjustments.
• Perform pre-operation inspections of machine and quality of raw materials.
• Inspect the first run for quality assurance.
• Clear jammed injectors and barrels as needed.
• Clean and lube machine as per owner’s manual.
• Clean the machine at the end of shift.
• Assist in Set-up and Mold Changeovers.
• Monitor material waste and report inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Home Phone or Cell
• A Valid Driver’s License
• Your Own Transportation
• 6 Months of Previous Injection Mold Operator Experience Preferred
• A Solid Work History
• Basic Computer Skills
• Technical / Mechanical Background in Plastics Industry Preferred
• Die-setting Experience for Injection Molding Preferred
• A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction
• Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen
