Schedule: 3pm - 11pm

The Role:

We are looking for an In Room Dining server that will uplift the dining experience for our guests and enrich the team. Candidates must possess excellent food and beverage knowledge alongside superior customer service skills which reflect the Sartianos standards and spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Order Taking: Answer IRD phone/tablet, take detailed food/drink orders, note allergies/restrictions.
• Delivery: Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly, courteously, and accurately.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests, answer menu questions, ensure satisfaction.
• Setup & Service: Set up tables/trays according to standards.
• Payment Processing: Record transactions, handle payments using Toast POS systems.
• Coordination: Communicate with kitchen regarding orders, availability, and special requests.
• Maintenance: Clean work areas, restock supplies, perform opening/closing duties.

Skills + Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum 1 year experience as an In Room Dining Server
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and co-workers.
• Flexible schedule based on the needs of Sartianos, their programming, and peak times
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to operate a point-of-sale system
