* Executive Assistant role covering Surgical Services Administration (VP/director support, including coordination with office suite and departmental activities).
* Strong customer service, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and calendar management with Microsoft Outlook. Ability to multitask and strong communication. Position will support Surgical Services VP/directors and their associated teams. Serves as the first point of contact in the office suite (welcoming employees and visitors, coordinating interview schedules, conference room schedule, accepts deliveries and communicates regularly with multidisciplinary teams).
Degree preferred.
