Here, you're not filling hours — you're fulfilling a calling.
Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits
Support active or passive mobility needs as directed by the individualized service plan
Document any changes and communicate them to the Care Manager
