Key Responsibilities:
As a Surgical Technologist (Tech II), you’ll be a critical part of the perioperative team, ensuring each procedure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Prepare surgical suites with sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies
Assist in transporting, positioning, prepping, and draping patients
Scrub in and support surgeons by anticipating needs and passing instruments
Monitor patient safety and surgical equipment during procedures
Maintain strict sterile technique and ensure efficient room turnover
Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia teams to deliver optimal care
Qualifications:
We’re looking for experienced Surgical Techs who are passionate about surgical excellence.
Minimum 1+ year of experience as an OR Surgical Technologist
Must be able to first scrub in at least three of the following specialties :
Robotic Surgery
Total Joint Replacement
Neuro/Spine Procedures
Vascular Surgery
Graduate of an accredited Certified Operating Room Technician (CORT) program
Active CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) certification – required upon hire
BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) – required upon hire
Compensation & Perks:
We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience:
Hourly Pay Range: $25–$35/hr (up to max with 17+ years of experience)
Sign-On Bonus:
$15,000 for Tech II
$20,000 for Tech III
Shift Differentials: +$3/hr for Nights and Weekends
On-Call Pay: +$3/hr
