New York Life Insurance Company is currently seeking managers to become part of our Fast Track Partner program. We are interviewing for leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become a Partner in our General Office. In the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, which is an intensive, six-month program that will prime you for success as a manager. Responsibilities:

• Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs
• Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions
• Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner
• Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position
• Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements

Together with its subsidiaries, New York Life provides a range of competitive insurance and financial products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products such as mutual funds through our broker-dealer, NYLIFE Securities LLC (member of FINRA and SIPC), a Licensed Insurance Agency. You will be required to hold securities licenses and FINRA registrations and affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative before you can offer investment products. Your Transition to a Field Manager RoleAfter meeting specific requirements for the first 12 months as a financial professional, you will enter a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program. We’ll help you to lead and build your team of financial professionals. Throughout your career journey with New York Life, you’ll continue to have opportunities to grow and be promoted to increasingly senior levels of management. Qualifications:

• Sales experience necessary
• Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation
• Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus

• Do you have an MBA or other equivalent degree?
• In the Accelerated Path to Management Program, you’ll start off as a financial professional, learning how to sell our products, build client relationships, and meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role. You’ll then undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prime you for success as a manager. You will use that experience to understand how to recruit and coach others to succeed.
