About Us:
The Vineyards Country Club is a premier private club in Naples, FL, known for exceptional service, luxury amenities, and a strong sense of community. We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Wellness Concierge to join our team full-time and serve as a key point of contact for our members and guests at the Wellness Center.

Position Overview:
As a Wellness Concierge, you will help create a warm, welcoming environment for all who enter our Wellness Center. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle a variety of responsibilities efficiently. Afternoon (Second) Shift Monday through Friday 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This is a seasonal position.

Job Duties Include:

• Answer phones and respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Fob in all members entering the building at the front desk.
• Greet members and guests with a warm and courteous demeanor.
• Provide basic tours of the Wellness Center and its amenities.
• Offer assistance with The Vineyards mobile app.
• Take and maintain janitorial supply inventory.
• Restock the janitor supply closet in the hallway using supplies from the locked salon closet.
• Receive and manage Wellness Center deliveries.
• Monitor and communicate any parking concerns, especially related to handicap accessibility.
• Submit and follow up on maintenance requests (Maintenance X) for main Wellness Center areas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to assist members with app-related questions.
• Ability to lift light supplies and manage restocking tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
