Video Producer

(add)ventures is actively recruiting for a full time video producer. The ideal candidate is a seasoned producer ready to make a significant impact by shaping projects, not just managing them. As the primary client-facing leader on our most ambitious projects, you will bridge client strategic goals with our studio's creative vision. You'll lead talented crews and partner with creative teams to deliver innovative, technically excellent, and deeply resonant work.
Our Video Producer will be responsible for:
  • Project Leadership: Manage complex video projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring they meet creative goals, strict timelines, and budget parameters.

  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust, providing strategic counsel, and translating their objectives into compelling solutions.

  • Production Oversight: Lead and assemble directors, crews, and external partners across a range of content, including live-action, VFX, animation, and virtual productions.

  • Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with creative teams to develop powerful concepts, pitch decks, scripts, and storyboards that win business and inspire our teams.

  • Budget & Resource Management: Build and oversee project estimates, source and negotiate with vendors, and allocate resources to maximize quality and efficiency.

  • Post-Production Supervision: Guide the editing, finishing, and delivery workflows, ensuring the final output meets the highest quality standards.

  • AI Integration: Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted tools to streamline production workflows, enhance storytelling, and push creative boundaries.

A qualified candidate will be:
  • An Experienced Leader: You have 10+ years of experience in video production, film, or a related creative production role, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to lead.

  • A Master of Production: You possess a deep understanding of end-to-end production and post-production workflows, industry standards (including AICP bidding), and emerging technologies.

  • A Trusted Client Partner: You have proven success in leading client-facing projects with clarity, professionalism, and confidence. Your presentation skills are top-notch.

  • Creatively Driven: You have a strong background in storytelling and brand communication. You know how to nurture an idea and protect a creative vision.

  • Operationally Excellent: You're a proactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive on anticipating challenges and finding solutions that keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with industry software, including the Adobe Creative Suite and modern project management tools, and can collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Our Culture Rewards:

  • Energy, creativity and enthusiasm

  • Ability to work autonomously or in groups

  • Team based leadership

  • A good sense of humor

  • A passionate commitment to serve clients, co-workers and community

  • Loyalty and integrity
