Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Structured Cabling Network Technician to join a dynamic Network Support Team. The ideal candidate will design telecommunications network architecture, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee the installation and maintenance of network systems. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network architecture and telecommunications protocols.
• Install and maintain data, voice, and fiber optic cabling systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose network malfunctions and technical errors.
• Conduct routine system maintenance and prepare technical documentation.
• Manage vendor relationships and validate network billing.

Key Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of ISP/OSP copper and fiber cable connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with copper and fiber optic installation and termination.
• Proficient in telecommunications testing equipment (e.g., Fluke Versiv).
• Strong understanding of OSI model layers, VoIP, TCP/IP, and related technologies.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio).
