Training Specialist The Training Specialist at Fuze Health plays a key role in supporting Central Operations by developing effective training programs, onboarding experiences, and continuous learning initiatives that empower employees to perform at a high level. As an individual contributor working cross-functionally, this role ensures team members receive the knowledge, tools, and support needed to deliver exceptional service and uphold organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Training Program Development: Design, develop, and maintain training programs, curriculum, and materials for new hire orientation and ongoing employee development.
- Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with management to identify training gaps and schedule appropriate training sessions across departments.
- Training Effectiveness & Improvement: Analyze training outcomes and employee performance to determine program effectiveness; recommend and implement improvements as needed.
- Performance Monitoring Systems: Develop systems and processes to monitor employee adherence to training, ensuring operational consistency and compliance.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure employee compliance with company standards, procedures, and best practices during and after training sessions.
- Employee Support & Coaching: Provide on-the-job mentoring and support for new hires; conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement and skill development.
Required Experience & Qualifications: - Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Extensive experience in customer service; collections experience is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Benefits: The compensation range for this position is
