What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Server at Applebee’s, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages while accommodating guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner. Every interaction should reflect the Applebee’s Service Promise by making friendly, personal connections with guests, maintaining a clean and comfortable dining environment, setting the pace with attentive service, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered quickly, and addressing any issues proactively to make things right.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
