What You’ll Do

• Lead executive and strategic searches within the chemical, advanced materials, or animal health sectors
• Build long-term relationships with industry leaders, hiring teams, and high-value candidates
• Implement a proven consultative process to assess talent, advise clients, and manage searches end-to-end
• Act as a market expert, bringing insight and guidance that goes beyond simply filling roles
• Grow a specialty practice area with the freedom and support to shape your own book of business
• Collaborate with a knowledgeable, tight-knit team that values transparency and trust

What We’re Looking For

• Background in chemical, advanced materials, animal health, or a related technical industry
• A relationship-driven mindset with strong communication and advisory skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working autonomously in a remote environment
• Curiosity, grit, and a desire to build something meaningful
• Previous experience in recruiting or consulting is helpful but not required. We can teach the craft; you bring the industry understanding and drive.
