Zenity, a Gartner Cool Vendor and the leader in securing agentic AI, is hiring a Senior Analyst Relations (AR) Manager to build and scale relationships with the analysts shaping the AI security landscape. This is a strategic, high-visibility role for someone who understands how industry analysts influence markets, define categories, and drive vendor perception.

You’ll partner directly with Zenity’s leadership, product, and product marketing teams to define and execute our analyst relations strategy. Clear, confident communication and strong relationship-building skills are at the heart of this role. You actively track market shifts, analyst coverage, and AR best practices to ensure Zenity’s strategy stays informed and ahead of the curve. Your work will ensure that leading analyst firms and industry influencers clearly understand Zenity’s differentiated approach to securing AI. 

What You Will Do

• Own and lead Zenity’s analyst relations strategy across key research firms and influencers, driving consistent engagement and positioning Zenity as the definitive voice in AI Security.
• Shape and amplify Zenity’s market narrative, ensuring our perspective is reflected in analyst reports, frameworks, and category definitions for AI security
• Establish and run the AR program, managing briefings, inquiries, and proactive engagements across executives, product, and product marketing.
• Equip Zenity spokespeople with sharp talk tracks, data-driven insights, and competitive proof points that strengthen analyst confidence and alignment.
• Monitor and interpret analyst sentiment and coverage, uncovering opportunities to influence research direction and reinforce Zenity’s differentiation.
• Develop analyst-facing content such as positioning briefs, product snapshots, roadmap summaries, and category narratives, that clearly convey Zenity’s value and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with product and product marketing to ensure Zenity’s roadmap, messaging, and analyst engagement strategy move in lockstep.
• Oversee AR program operations including submissions, research participation, follow-ups, and impact tracking, ensuring flawless execution and measurable outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

What You Bring

• Proven Analyst Relations experience in cybersecurity, or AI, with a strong grasp of how analysts define, shape, and evolve new categories.
• Strategic execution skills, able to plan and run AR programs for the security and compute markets in partnership with leadership, product, and product marketing.
• Operational excellence, managing the full rhythm of AR activities including briefings, inquiries, ranking submissions, events, and product launch support.
• Exceptionally organized, maintaining clear systems for managing AR activities, priorities, and deliverables while ensuring consistency and follow-through across every interaction.
• Proactive and insight-driven, continuously analyzing analyst feedback, market data, and engagement outcomes to identify opportunities, refine strategy, and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborative and composed under pressure, skilled at prioritizing multiple programs and communicating clearly across stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in analyst methodologies such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Market Guides, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes, and experienced managing AR components for product launches and industry events.
• Adept at leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline research, workflows, and program reporting for greater precision and impact.

• Category visibility and influence. Elevate Zenity’s presence and influence across key analyst firms by driving consistent inclusion and recognition in research, reports, and market frameworks that shape the AI security category.
• Narrative adoption and alignment. Ensure Zenity’s point of view is reflected in how analysts define, describe, and evaluate AI Security - shifting market language and perception to mirror our vision and differentiation.
• Analyst advocacy and sentiment. Cultivate trusted relationships and deliver high-quality engagements that lead to measurable improvements in analyst tone, trust, and advocacy - reflected in commentary, reports, and direct feedback.
• Operational excellence and consistency. Establish a structured, consistent cadence of briefings, inquiries, and deliverables - ensuring every interaction is well-prepared, high-impact, and tightly aligned to Zenity’s broader GTM and product strategy.
