Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 155,000 per year Requirements:

Strong aptitude for conducting data analysis that leads to actionable insights and business recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
2 years of experience in retail, supply chain, business management, merchandising, or a related field (preferred)
2 years of experience in providing data analysis and insights, along with recommendations
2 years of experience in understanding business and financial concepts
2 years of experience in navigating various systems to gather information and create advanced spreadsheets and presentations

Responsibilities:

Analyze return data from various sources while leveraging industry insights to create and distribute critical reports
Identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration with category partners and external vendors
Translate complex data analytics into actionable insights for cross-functional partners and leaders
Engage with multiple departments within the organization, influencing decision-making beyond your immediate team
Manage organization-wide initiatives to achieve customer-focused objectives
