Registered Nurse – Nurse Educator
Location: New York, NY 10016
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday (specific days may vary)
Pay Rate: $75 – $78 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse – Nurse Educator for an exciting job in New York, NY.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical instruction, education, and training to nursing staff.
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and continuous professional development programs.
Evaluate competency and performance to ensure adherence to clinical standards.
Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs and develop training plans.
Maintain documentation related to training, assessments, and education initiatives.
Support quality and safety initiatives through evidence-based practice.
Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience .
Strong clinical background with the ability to teach and guide nursing staff effectively.
Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
Valid New York State RN License .
Primary Source Verification through NYSED.
AHA BLS certification.
