The position type available is Part-time or PRN with the ability to make your own schedule!
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will visit multiple patient’s homes each day and provide them with a full range of personalized, acute care, which may include instruction on chronic disease management and medication, pain management, wound care, IV infusion, and post-operative instruction.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1-3 years of acute care nursing experience
2. Current Illinois license to practice as a RN
3. Associates degree required, BSN preferred
4. 1 year Home Health experience (preferred)
5. Current CPR certification
6. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
7. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
8. Electronic charting (Brightree)
