This position will require weekends

Urgent Care South, Inc. is hiring a front office receptionist.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette
• Organize and schedule meetings as needed
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
• Taking phone orders from physicians and referral sources, completing required paperwork and following the required guidelines regulated by Medicare.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA and Medical terminology required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
