Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple complex, enterprise-level IT projects, ensuring full compliance with PMO/PPMO processes and meticulous documentation.
• Define scope, budget, timelines, risks, project plans, and coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams across multi-hospital environments.
• Oversee project execution including design, testing, training, go-live readiness, and provide guidance to junior project managers.

Skills:

• Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex, multi-hospital IT/clinical system projects using PMO/PPMO methodologies.
• Proficiency with Epic modules (OpTime, Cupid, Radiant), requirements analysis, risk management, budgeting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, training coordination, and mentoring abilities.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years IT project experience, Epic/clinical implementation background preferred, and PMP strongly preferred.
