#Role Summary
*This role supports production operations by coordinating, tracking, and moving materials to ensure an uninterrupted workflow. The position focuses on inventory accuracy, material availability, and communication across teams to prevent production delays while working under close supervision in an on-site environment.
#Education & Job Requirements
*You must have
* A high school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Computer proficiency using Microsoft productivity tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
* The ability to operate a forklift after completing client-provided training.
* Experience using SQL for data queries and reporting.
* Experience using Tableau or other data modeling and visualization tools.
* The ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely.
* The ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during the workday.
* Prior experience coordinating materials, inventory, or production flow in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong communication skills for coordinating priorities and reporting material status.
* The ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
* The ability to work onsite on a first shift schedule consisting of four 10-hour days.
* The ability to relocate at personal expense if residing out of state.
* The ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely.
* The ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during the workday.
* Authorization to work as a U.S. person for export compliance purposes.
#Job Duties & Functions
*You will be able
* Process and move production materials into and out of storage, production, and other designated locations.
* Monitor work in process to support production flow and identify potential delays.
* Communicate part and material status using automated systems and manual reporting methods.
* Analyze inventory discrepancies and reconcile issues to maintain system and inventory accuracy.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set priorities and expedite production activities.
* Support production schedules by ensuring the timely availability of parts and materials.
* Work under close supervision while following established processes and procedures.
