Hamlin House is a Florida-inspired social and racquet club redefining hospitality in Orlando’s SoDo neighborhood. Spanning more than 28,000 square feet of indoor–outdoor space, the club features premium pickleball courts, curated cultural experiences, and a vibrant food and beverage program led by Chef John Fraser and JF Restaurants. JF Restaurants is seeking passionate and experienced Pizza Cooks to join our esteemed culinary team at Hamlin House. This is a unique opportunity to grow within an award-winning restaurant group.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and cook pizzas in a brick oven to order.
• Stretch and shape dough by hand to ensure consistency and quality.
• Apply toppings, sauces, and cheese according to menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and cooking area.
• Monitor oven temperature and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Pay attention to the quality and appearance of prepared ingredients.
• Report any issues or concerns regarding ingredient quality to the chef.
• Prioritize tasks based on the kitchen's needs and service schedule.
• Communicate effectively with Management regarding product quality and inventory levels. 
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and purpose in all tasks. 
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards. 
• Ensure all the products and prepared items are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated following FIFO (first in, first out)

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of kitchen experience making pizza in a stone oven preferred.
• Knowledge of dough preparation, pizza assembly, and cooking techniques.
• Open availability 
• Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary skills and cooking techniques 
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence 
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
