What You’ll Do * Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts lookups, quotes, and orders * Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts efficiently through dealer systems and vendor networks * Maintain and organize parts inventory, including receiving, labeling, and stocking * Handle wholesale, retail, and internal parts sales — both in person and over the phone * Process returns, warranties, and special orders accurately * Support the service department by ensuring timely parts availability for scheduled repairs * Deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to our positive, team-oriented culture What We’re Looking For * Automotive knowledge or dealership experience preferred (Subaru experience a plus) * Strong communication and computer skills * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Positive attitude and a willingness to learn * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a standard background check * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What We Offer * Competitive base salary plus monthly commission * Full benefits package including: * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Life and disability insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Employee discounts on parts, service, and vehicles * Ongoing training and advancement opportunities within the Lundgren Automotive Group * A supportive, family-like work environment that values teamwork and growth Why Work With Us?
