As Order Fulfilment Coordinator you’ll be part of a global team and will be based out of our Austin office 5 days a week. This is our second biggest global office with the head office in Dundee, Scotland.
This role holds a real level of responsibility and plays a key part in the chain to make sure that each client event/workshop runs successfully. You’ll engage with colleagues across the business worldwide to understand what is needed for each event/workshop which will vary every time, making sure they have everything they need to run their events successfully.
You’ll be working as part of a small team in Austin who all work really closely together to strict daily deadlines making sure orders are accurate and ready to be couriered to their destination on time.
