Key Responsibilities
Accurately prepare and type documents
Manage and update Excel spreadsheets
Provide general administrative support to the team
Maintain office organization and assist with daily operations
Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent in-office administrative experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong typing skills (50+ WPM)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with data entry and document management
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Reliable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic
