Job Description

A Growing Health Insurance company based out of Oregon is interested in hiring a Front Desk Office Administrator to their team in Roseburg, Oregon! This position is a long term opportunity and fully onsite! Description + Provide world class customer service to all who come onsite. + Responsible for managing our office supply inventories; order supplies as needed. Assist walk-in members with EOBs, bills and general questions. + Check in vendors, guide them to correct office/conference room. + Be the main point of contact for building, security and maintenance. + Administration work supporting incoming and outgoing mail and packages. + Provide clerical support to staff. + Answer inbound calls and redirect as necessary. + Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications + 3-5 years working in a customer service type role. + 3-5 years experience in an administrative role. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
