Medical Office Assistant - Infusion Center (Full-Time) Washington, D.C. Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to support a high-volume Infusion Center in Washington, D.C. This role is essential to maintaining clinic flow and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities + Ensure smooth clinic operations before rooming patients + Manage scheduling and referrals + Follow up on clinical notes and documentation + Accurately enter data into Aria, including: + Doctor notes + Patient demographics + Insurance information + Screening responses + Provide outstanding customer service to all patients + Move throughout the clinic as needed, working both front desk and back office Work Environment + Support a large department with multiple clinics + Collaborate with a team of 50+ staff members + Handle a patient volume of 100-200 patients per day + Work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Qualifications + Medical Assisting diploma or certificate - Required + Experience in a clinical or infusion center setting is a plus + Familiarity with Aria or similar EMR systems preferred + Strong communication and organizational skills Additional Details + Parking Options: + $100/month parking in Rosslyn with shuttle service + Free shuttle from the Metro station + Competitive compensation and benefits package We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
