We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer with strong marketing, communication, and analysis skills to join our team and assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage for their new home purchase. What You’ll Receive: • Upside commissions with  monthly and quarterly bonus incentives • Thousands of fresh, qualified leads daily + Live Transfers • Dedicated in-house processing team • Custom-built CRM to manage and track your pipeline • Health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and 401(k) Responsibilities: • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business Qualifications: • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required • Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • NMLS is preferred • Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, etc. • Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus About Company: We are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
