Opening and closing contracts for dealer courtesy transportation units.
Review Loaner agreement and rules with customers prior to use.
Familiarize with General Motor Guidelines to ensure compliance.
Create Lyft and Shuttle reservations for customers as needed.
Maintaining organization of Courtesy Transportation Fleet for use
Assist with various clerical duties as needed (filing, phones, etc.)
Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for communicating efficiently

Qualifications

CDK experience preferred not required
