Live-In Infant Nanny Full Time
Overview
A warm, calm, and welcoming family in Muncy, PA is preparing to welcome their baby in March and is seeking an experienced Live-In Newborn Care Specialist. The family values professionalism, reliability, and a nurturing presence. They are looking for someone who can provide 24/7 care for the first three months, then smoothly transition into a long-term, full-time infant nanny role (40 hours per week).
Compensation & Schedule
$30–$35 per hour , depending on experience
First 3 months: 24/7 care, live-in
After 3 months: Full-time 40 hours/week
Later transition: 30–35 hours/week
Live-in accommodations (private guest house or private room with private bathroom)
Paid travel expenses when accompanying the family
Overnight support required during the initial 3-month period
Responsibilities:
Provide round-the-clock newborn care during the first three months
Maintain safe sleep practices and monitor infant wellness
Bottle prep, feeding support, and tracking feeding/sleep schedules
Support developmental milestones and age-appropriate stimulation
Assist with baby-related laundry and organization
Collaborate with parents to maintain routines, preferences, and household flow
Accompany the family during monthly travel to Florida
Requirements:
Prior Newborn Care Specialist or extensive infant care experience
CPR & First Aid certification
Strong knowledge of newborn care: safe sleep, feeding, soothing, and milestones
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a calm, professional presence
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license
3–5 professional references
Comfortable with domestic travel
