If you have a passion for great service, we would love to consider you to join our team of extraordinary hospitality professionals. **House Attendants receive additional service charges as part of their compensation.** Summary: Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleans walls, windows and sliding doors as assigned
• Dusts and polishes furniture and metal work
• Strips all soiled linen and trash from guest rooms and closets for laundry
• Maintains cleanliness of housekeeping golf cart
• Removes trash from closets and guest rooms
• Remove trash and linen from all public areas
• Stock housekeeping closets of clean linen and room amenities
• Help maintain cleanliness of all public areas and keep everything set to standards
• Remove soiled linens from pools and replenish all towels as needed
• Assist room attendants with flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and any other tasks they may need assistance with
• Report lost and found items, room damage, pets, or other maintenance issues to Supervisor or Managers on duty
• Respond to guest requests and dispatch requests with a friendly attitude and in a 15-minute window
• Take up any tasks assigned by the supervisors as and when needed
• Ensure that all incoming guest requests are met before arrival time

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to operate a cart safely.
• Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to work independently.
