Preference to residents of MST and PST zones **Position Overview:** The Health Coach Dietitian supports members in achieving their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based coaching. This role combines clinical expertise in dietetics with a passion for empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits + Utilizing interviewing and active listening skills, provides nutritional coaching, information and support to empower the member to make ongoing independent healthy lifestyle choices. + Develop individualized care plans and set measurable goals with members + Document member interactions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with organizational standards + Stay current with best practices in dietetics and health coaching + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support integrated care **Essential Functions:** + Highly organized, flexible, and able to adapt and embrace change in a fast-paced environment + Strong communication, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills + Proficiency in motivational interviewing + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Ability to critically think and navigate challenging situations + Ability to prioritize competing priorities and meet deadlines + Self-motivated and dependable **Required Qualifications:** + Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration + Registered Dietician Licensure required in the state of residence if applicable + Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field + Upon hire, required to obtain licensure in multiple states where members reside (CVS will support the cost of required licensure) + 5+ years of experience working in a multidisciplinary team + 5+ years of experience with weight management, disease management, medical nutrition therapy, and healthy lifestyle behavior change + 5+ years of coaching experience + Computer literacy and demonstrated proficiency to navigate internal/external computer systems and MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel and Teams **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with digital health tools or telehealth platforms such as Teams and or Zoom **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $46,597.00 - $101,228.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
