As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company at live events, brand activations, and community programs. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with the public, want hands-on professional experience, and are eager to grow into leadership and specialized roles .
Engage and interact with attendees, donors, and participants at live events and community programs
Deliver friendly, professional, and approachable customer service
Communicate campaign and fundraising information , answering questions confidently
Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site support
Build strong relationships with community members, supporters, and partner organizations
Maintain a high-energy, welcoming, and professional environment at all events
