As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company at live events, brand activations, and community programs. Engage and interact with attendees, donors, and participants at live events and community programs
Deliver friendly, professional, and approachable customer service
Communicate campaign and fundraising information , answering questions confidently
Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site support
