Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience in developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and managing enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, including proficiency with testing frameworks and tools pertinent to Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with code versioning and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
  • Proven adaptability to remote work environments.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or possess authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
  • I develop and deploy solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on creating strong server-side logic, customizations, and integrations with RESTful APIs and other backend services.
  • I actively participate in system planning and the development deployment process while ensuring compliance with software testing standards.
  • I'm responsible for contributing to development processes, following system guidelines, and conducting system analyses to address questions related to program intentions, output specifications, data input requirements, programming strategies, and control systems.
  • I collaborate with a team of developers to ensure the successful execution of projects and to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
  • I cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team, promoting best practices and coding standards to uphold high standards of quality.
  • I monitor system performance and swiftly resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • I engage in gathering system requirements, developing system stories, and planning project timelines and estimates.
  • I contribute to preparing thorough documentation, which includes reports, operational procedures, and maintenance manuals for clear communication and record keeping.
  • I participate in integration testing efforts to ensure seamless system functionality and reliability.
  • I maintain proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and promptly address any project issues.
  • I conduct thorough analyses of system requirements, including data flow, input/output specifications, and hardware/software needs to optimize system performance.
  • I take part in code and sprint reviews, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual obligations and project specifications.
