We are looking for an entry-level Data Scientist (CPT/OPT eligible) to support machine learning projects, data analytics, and model development.
The ideal candidate should be strong in statistics, Python, and data analysis, and be able to convert raw data into meaningful business insights.
Collect, clean, and transform large datasets for analysis and modeling.
Build, test, and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering).
Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
Work with tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and SQL for data processing.
Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present insights to the leadership team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, business teams).
Evaluate model performance using metrics such as accuracy, RMSE, precision, recall, F1-score.
Assist in developing data pipelines, ETL flows , and production-ready solutions.
Document findings, models, and system workflows.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, AI/ML , or related field.
Strong programming skills in Python .
Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn .
Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and ML algorithms .
Ability to write and understand SQL queries .
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
