950 Stelzer Road, Columbus, OH 43219

Shift: Full-time, 3rd shift (Monday–Friday, 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM) . Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The Chemical Operator supports the production schedule by accurately compounding concentrates and syrups. This role includes mixing flavors and blends, maintaining sanitation standards, completing production documentation in SAP, and ensuring all products meet quality, GMP, and SOP requirements.

  • Compound syrups, concentrates, and simple blends
  • Operate sanitation and CIP systems; transfer product to packaging lines
  • Weigh and mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Perform in-process quality checks and provide samples to the quality lab
  • Record production data and material usage in SAP
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance as needed

Total Rewards:

  • Starting pay: $21.86 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $23.00 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of batching or compounding experience preferred
  • SAP or similar system experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and basic math skills

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
