Responsibilities: CDL-B Mulch Truck Driver – Key Responsibilities • Operate Mulch Blower Truck: Safely operate a CDL-B mulch blower truck to transport and install mulch, compost, and soil for both commercial and residential projects. • Equipment Use: Utilize hand and power tools required for mulch-blowing operations and routine maintenance of equipment. • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a small crew efficiently during daily work assignments, ensuring quality and productivity on-site. • Customer Interaction: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally and promptly. • Physical Capability: Perform job duties requiring full upper and lower body mobility, including climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. • Material Handling: Safely lift, push, and pull equipment and materials weighing up to 60 lbs as needed throughout the workday. • Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all company safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
