Description Location: Remote Pay Range: $17.50 Bilingual Care Scheduling Coordinator Job Profile Overview Hero Practice Services is seeking a Bilingual Care Scheduling Coordinator to convert calls of non-English speaking patients to appointments through a high-quality and compassionate educational experience in support of our patients’ overall health.

Responsibilities - Appropriately schedule appointments requested and agreed to by the patient or responsible party
- Effectively translate conversation and documents in English and a foreign language
- Resolve customer support problems
- Coordinate patient flow by keeping the appointment schedule organized and full
Qualifications - Hold a High School diploma or GED
- Type 30 words per minute minimum
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Have one year of customer service experience, preferably at a call center
