Job Description

As a Support Team Member, you are responsible for working as a team and maintaining the front of house.  Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Maintaining tables/bar, clearing dishes, refilling water to maintain constant flow through all steps of service
2. Identifying customer needs and alerting servers/bartenders/management of corrective actions needed
3. Managing inventory pars needed to operate seamlessly (stocking beers, wine, napkin roll ups, etc.)
4. Support servers in other duties as needed
5. Completion of opening/closing checklist, setting the next shift up for success
6. Collaborating with the entire team (bartender, server and host) to provide best-in-class hospitality and efficient service to all guests
7. Delivering excellent customer service with a professional demeanor

Qualifications and Expectations:

1. 1+ years of full-service restaurant experience.
2. Food Handler Certification
3. High level of organization and ability to anticipate lunch and dinner rushes
4. Good communication skills and be comfortable interacting with guests
5. Flexibility when working alternating shifts (i.e. variety of hours, days, nights, weekends)
6. Positive attitude and interpersonal skills along with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
7. Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
8. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
9. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
10. Understands how to keep refrigeration equipment and storage clean and organized.
