• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations
• Present and demonstrate Mazda vehicles, features, and technology
• Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
• Work closely with the sales management team to achieve monthly goals
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business

Qualifications:

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required—we provide training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a team-player mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
