This role involves working with composite materials such as carbon fiber and fiberglass, performing layups, bonding, trimming, drilling, and curing processes, and using hand tools and precision measuring equipment. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints and work instructions, follows safety and quality procedures, and works effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
